Who operates Pet Passbook

Pet Passbook is operated by Maximiliano Ballesteros. For privacy questions, contact admin@opervo.io.

Information we handle

• Account details, such as your email address, sign-in identity, and any profile name you provide.
• Pet details you save, including photos, routines, food preferences, sizes, personality, health notes, care contacts, and uploaded documents.
• Shared Pass settings, including the details you select, whether a link is active, and when it was last opened.
• Subscription details needed to recognize your Plus plan, such as the plan, status, billing provider, and provider account or transaction identifiers. We do not store your payment-card number.
• Basic feature-use events and dates that help us understand how the app is used. These event records do not contain the pet details you enter.
• Technical information necessary to operate the service, such as connection and request data handled by our hosting and service providers.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, save and display your Passbooks, deliver the Passes you choose to share, manage Plus access, maintain the service, and respond to support requests. We do not use your pet-care details for advertising.

Sharing a Pass

A person with an active Pass link can view the details you selected without creating an account. You can change the selection or revoke the link in the app. Revoking a link stops future access through it, but cannot remove information someone already saved or copied. Avoid including details you do not want a recipient to see.

Service providers

Supabase provides account, database, and private-file services. Vercel hosts the app. Apple and Google may process sign-in, depending on your choice. Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, and Stripe may process subscription or purchase information where those payment paths are available. These providers process information to deliver their respective services.

Reminders and notifications

Care reminders are scheduled on your device. Reminder schedules are not stored in our cloud database. You can change notification permission in your device settings.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit pet details, revoke shared links, and delete your account and pet data in the app’s Settings. Account deletion removes your account records and private pet files from the active service. Some information may remain for a limited time in provider backups or where retention is required for security, accounting, or legal reasons. If you have an Apple or Google Play subscription, cancel it in that store’s subscription settings; deleting your Pet Passbook account does not cancel a store subscription.

Security and changes

We restrict access to account data, use private storage for pet assets, and serve the app over HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the app changes; the current version will appear on this page with its effective date.
